These terms govern your use of FutureStore.AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What FutureStore.AI is

FutureStore.AI offers a directory of AI tools, discovery and exploration areas (including AI Live-style feeds), AI Lab and AI Studio utilities, events information, and account types such as Explorer (free) and Creator (paid). Exact features depend on your plan and what we have published in the product.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
• Explorer accounts are free with usage and submission limits described on the Pricing page.
• Creator is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees and renewal terms are shown at checkout and on Pricing.

Your content and listings

• If you submit a tool or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
• We may review, approve, reject, edit, or remove listings to keep the directory accurate and safe.
• Reviews or comments you post must be honest and not abusive or misleading.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, malware, scraping that harms the Service, or attempts to break security.
• No impersonation of others or misrepresentation of products.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and our original content belong to FutureStore.AI or our licensors. Third-party tools and trademarks remain property of their owners. Limited license: you may use the Service for personal or internal business use as intended; you may not copy or resell the platform itself.

Disclaimers

AI tools and third-party sites are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any tool will meet your needs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party products.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Card and billing rules follow Stripe and your issuer. Subscription renewal and cancellation work as shown in your account and checkout flow.
